Where do we meet the driver on arrival?
The driver will be waiting at arrivals on the Swiss side of Geneva airport with a name board with the group leaders name on it.
What time should we leave the resort for our outbound transfer?
We usually leave three hours before the flight takes off however on very busy Saturdays or bad driving conditions we may leave earlier.
How long does the transfer take?
It usually takes us between 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes depending on road conditions.
Can you take snowboards, skis and mountain bikes?
Yes all of our vehicles are set up for taking extra equipment but if you have a huge amount call Steve on the Chamonix shuttles number to let him know so we can organise the largest vehicle.
What happens if our flight is delayed will you still pick us up?
Yes we will, if the flight is delayed you must call Steve on the Chamonix shuttles number and we will then be able to organise another vehicle.
Is Chamonix Shuttles a fully legitimate business and properly insured for transporting people?
Yes, we hold a full international transport license (N°:2004/82/0001867) and are fully insured for hire and reward.
How do we make a booking?
To make a booking simply fill out the booking form on the website.
Do Babies or children go cheaper?
Sorry they do not; they take up one seat and must be in a proper baby seat not on an adult's knee.
Do you provide baby seats?
Yes, let us know what type of baby seat you require.
